Identity Theft

  1. Contact us immediately at 1-877-879-3622
  2. Put a fraud alert on your credit report by contacting one of the three credit bureaus.
    Equifax: 1-800-525-6285 or equifax.com
    Experian: 1-888-397-3742 or experian.com
    Transunion: 1-800-680-7289 or transunion.com
  3. Place a security alert on your ChexSystems consumer file.
  4. Order a copy of your credit report and review all information. You can request a free copy once a year from www.annualcreditreport.com

Phishing Scams

FNCB Bank does not initiate e-mails or calls that request you to supply personal information, such as your social security, account or debit card numbers. Scammers often use this method — known as phishing — to steal your personal information. If you suspect that you are the subject of a phishing attempt, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not click on any links or respond to the message.
  2. Contact FNCB Bank at 1-877-879-3622 or reportfraud@fncb.com
  3. Delete the email and check your computer for spyware or viruses.
