FNCB Bank Promotes Donna Hawk and Durell Davis

FNCB Bank, locally-based since 1910, today announced a pair of staff promotions.

Donna Hawk, Banking Officer, Fraud Prevention Supervisor
Donna Hawk has been promoted to Banking Officer, Fraud Prevention Supervisor where she is responsible for oversite of fraud cases as well as identity theft, elder abuse, consumer scams, and fraud prevention training.

She joined FNCB Bank in 2018 as a Fraud Prevention Specialist. Prior to joining FNCB, she had extensive experience in the retail loss prevention sector.

She resides in Clarks Summit.

Durell Davis, cPIA, Banking Officer, Staff Auditor III
Durell Davis, cPIA, has been promoted to Banking Officer, Staff Auditor III, where he is responsible for performing annual internal audits, performing independent fieldwork, and leading the Bank’s annual Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing program.

He joined FNCB Bank in 2015 as an Indirect Lending and Consumer Loan Underwriter before being promoted to Staff Auditor in 2018. Prior to joining FNCB Bank, he had ten years of banking experience with Bank of America and Citizens Bank.

Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s in accounting. He recently earned a Certified Practitioner in Internal Audit (cPIA) designation from c Risk Academy, and currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Governors of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) - NEPA Chapter. He resides in Blakeslee with his wife Tina.
